There is a Cheese Cake factory at The Summit in Birmingham. It just opened Valentine's Day. My girlfriend and I are gonna give it a whirl here soon. Lemme know how good it is.

I've been and the food is GREAT!!! Good luck trying to find a time that it won't be a 2 hour wait. I hade the crab cake sandwich and it was really good.

Everything was delicious and we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table (Monday night). We had no room for cake after dinner so we got some to go and had it at home, 3 different ones and we shared them. :D

I used to eat there alot when I worked in Cambridgeside Galleria.. Too expensive a habit, but good food nonetheless.. :drool:
