4. my employees are stupid, the next bastard to bring pizza for lunch gets laid off.

I am in week 3 of my pre-contest diet. I have not hit the wall this time yet, but it will be comming. I just feel confused alot. Using a diferent diet this time. no carbs at all, all protien and fats. natural peanut butter or nuts and a lean protien source every 3 hours 24hrs a day for 16 weeks. I am about 9 pounds down so far, dont know where i will end up. probally just under 200 in the top end of the light heavies.
