  • gonna be here alot ...

    Just got home from critical care unit .. was there for 5 days .. I fell asleep driving home after an 18 hour day at work woke up and was goin head on into a mac truck.. managed to cut the wheel and avoid that but ended up drifting 50 feet into a telephone pole ... all in all I came out very well I have 2 broken ribs a lacerated spleen and bruised lungs.. the car is wrecked but im just glad to be here.

              Thank your lucky stars it wasn't worse Bro!!! Most wouldn't survive, let alone walk, after something like that!!! I'm glad you're ok though!!! Get some rest!!!

                thx bros.. it's gonna be about 3 weeks before I can lift again and even then it's gonna be real light :/ .. I leave for germany in a month so this summer is going to be rough for lifting for the time being I'm just being extra anal about what I eat. When I'm home mid july from germany I should be fully set to be able to train hard again.

                        I've been out of training for 4 weeks, I know how it's going to feel. Remember though, life is more important. Things could be much worse. You're pretty damn lucky. Someone is watching your ass.
