It's supposed to rain now every afternoon but no such luck. I think we're in for another drought this year. The water levels in the lakes are already going down and my grass isn't as green as it should be. :(

On the good side, it's been 92, sunny and not very humid. :D

I wish we could get a drought here...this May had more rain than any I can recall, and we've started June with another rainy day. Tomorrow's forecast is calling for rain as well. I don't give a shit about the farmers...I want a DROUGHT!!!!

It sucks here when it doesn't rain. My water bill goes up insanely every time I have to water my lawn. We are going to have "reclaimed water" put in for the lawn but we also just found out that they're going to charge higher propperty taxes to the people who put in the reclaimed water. It makes no sense at all, we're trying to help the county by using less of the important water reserves, yet they tax us when we help? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Oh, and it costs like $1,500 to have the reclaimed water installed. Either way, if there's a drought, our grass needs water or we'll have to spend a couple thousand replacing it. I hate this. I just want my daily thunder storms!
