Computer Question....(sending a link???)

anybody that knows how to do this, can ya explain? Im sure its not that hard, but I dont know how to do it....

Lets say I want to post a link on here, or send a link to a friend....for example....I want to link somebody to this site (www.superiormuscle.com) but when i send it to a friend...I want it to read "#1 board on the net" ...or something like that....where that would be what they click on to go to the site.....


I use Mozilla if that matters....

anyone know how to do this???

I think that's how to do it without the ...'s obviously

Copy and paste this:

[...URL=http://www.superiormuscle.com]it'll say what you want here[/URL...]

but remove the "..." after the "[" and before the "]" and change "it'll say what you want here" to what ever you want it to say.
