Hey all i finally got my surgical consultation two weeks from now to get my natural gyno removed and i gonna try to go about the time i have to back to college so i can get as much lifting in during the summer.

My question is would it be better for me to bulk up before the surgery and then start cutting or should i cut up untill the surgery and then bulk after that. I though about trying to do Nutrex's creatine + 1-tu with Chizled but i am thinking theres no real way i can gain/lose at the same time.

 So thats why i need your guys help cause i am in the dark here

I would get to a healthy BF (10-15%) and stay there. You may gain some weight post surgery, so I wouldn't waste your time trying to cut, plus, if you bulk, you may end up with a higer BF than you wanted.

Recovery isn't too bad after gyno surgery. Just conentrate on making quality gains and then after the surgery, make your decision.

What does getting your natural gyno removed do for you? I hope I do not regret asking.

Hmmm where to start. . .

Most of my adult life i have been hunched over and wearing baggy clothes trying to cover my bitch tits and tryed not to get laughed at. I went all through high school being ridiculed (yes, even senior year). I would like to live a normal life at college and after it. I want to be able to take my shirt off and not be made fun off (espically when i swim and scuba dive alot). It also makes me shy and have very low self esteam which is bad for me cause i am the head of an organization next year and i have to present my self to people and to all the bands i bring in.

          Does that answer your question
