Okay, so i'm most recently from the pacific northwest, and there aren't exactly a lot of bodybuilders out in that area. but i'm traveling through california with work right now, and hadn't been able to get in a workout for 1-1/2 weeks. so i ask the hotel front desk where the closest gym is and they tell me there's a gold's down the street. I walk in, pay my $15, and look to my left and there's Milos Sarcev talking with some producers. When he was done meeting with them i got a picture with him, and he pulls a picture out of his binder and autographs it for me. very kind, gracious, and FUCKING HUGE. i was thinking of pulling out my guns and showing him what REAL olive oyl arms look like, but figured i'd save myself the embarassment. anyways, i just had to tell someone. i'm heading north in a few days and will stop in at the mecca, i'll keep you guys posted on what i see and who i meet there! damn... i now have motivation for the next year...

yeah, i wish i could afford his $350/hr personal training fee, but that won't happen for a while... i would soak up his knowledge like a sponge.Comment

That's awesome bro. I've met Milo's whenever he comes up north from southern Cali. I met Milo's through Kris Dim, a local here in Sac. He is a Very cool guy. Was it in Fullerton? He owns a gym in Fullerton California. He used to own a Gold's Gym but later sold back the name and renamed it Coliseum.
That totally sounds like Mischko, pulling out a picture and signing it. Very standup guy and a true hero to the sport.
Milamar is damn beautiful and she has family where I'm from. Plus my daughter adores her.
