BEWARE OF VIRUS!!

I received two emails claiming to be from Molecularnutrition and another from Naturalmuscle and they both came attached with a zipped virus. My Norton anti-virus software caught them before the could be downloaded. Just a warning to everyone to be careful with your Email lately. It sounds like an all-out assault on the BB boards, supps sites and members out there. Bastards!

This morning I just updated my mcaffee software and window's updates. I hate these idiots who do this shit!

I have goteen similar ones too. Can't remember where they came from , but I got two in my hush account and they were BBing related. Once I took my email addy down from the boardsm (in my sig), it stopped.

a few weeks ago, my hotmail account was sending out an average of 300 messages per half hour with viruses in them. LOL it took me a few days but I finally cleared my drive what a pain in the ass. LOL
