A lot of people who get busted with steroids are usually involved with dealing illicit recreational or prescription drugs. The Pros are not immune to this either, look at Dennis James for one example. It sucks but they seem to open themselves up for it. I really feel that the likelihood of getting caught selling steroids is increased tremendously when people get greedy and "expand" their horizons- and their earning potential. Selling stuff like that just draws unwanted attention to AAS/Prohormones and makes it tougher on those who don't abuse narcotics or amphetamines. It would be better to have people who only are interested in providing only anabolics and maybe the media onslaught against them wouldn't be so harsh. This guy has a lot of trouble on his hands. You need to wonder if he might not flip to reduce his sentence and who may then be implicated in an "ongoing investigation." After all, the US government wields alot of power against the individual now. Stuff like the RICO Act and the Patriot Act (sneak and peek warrants cannot be refused by a judge) can bury a lot of people and they don't need ties to terrorism to use them to investigate. If anyone has had any written contact with him I'd advise them to seek a lawyer's advice, just in case. The authorities will probably attempt to supeona all written communications (email, PM's, instant messages, etc..) he's had in the last couple of years both from his favorite BB boards and his ISP provider(s) and it can put others at risk.
