6 bonless skinless chicken tenders cutup into bite size pieces and cooked with franks buffalo hot sauce. the sauce has no fat. i also add a little hickory smoaked BBQ sauce, no fat either. good stuff!
also, 2 handfulls of fresh whole spinach in a hot pan for about 3 minutes, (it wilts pretty fast) with balsamic vinagar.
great post slin meal. actually I have my isopure and juice right after my slin shot when i get hom from the gym but this is the meal i eat an hour later. good stuff. im eating it now.
