I have looked at pics and read alot of things on here, people should be proud of themselves. And if that is wrong then sorry. I am happy to have a nice face. And if I had shredded abbs I would be so proud, cause I had to work for it. A face after all, well your just born with it, but its something I have that I like. I never hold myself higher than others, everyones got something about them that is good, well most people do.

Even worse. I was from northern ON. Small city, Timmins
Now Southern ON. And even I will say big difference in attitudes.
Strange what only 8 hours drive in between, the difference in how people think.

Everywhere has a different attitude. I dont concern myself with all that. I have been to Canada a few times and I have to say, very beautiful place! My step father used to own a log cabin on lake Manitoba. Very pretty place. On thing that strikes me is how clean canada is. Being from the New York city area, im not used to that. lol.

It is quite beautiful here. But Canada still has its dirty spots. I live in one right now. You can smell dirt in the air. Its gross. And as I drive to TO in the mornings, you can see the smog somedays. Nasty.
And hi Puddles. I have read alot on you and the other women here. I must say very very impressed.

Just started a few weeks back doing cardio(taebo) 5 times a week, and have been picking up the weights 4 times a week. Im hoping by next year I will have the bod that will go with the face. Its the eating that is hard. I have been in a long running of coffee for breakfast, lunch, and then pig out at supper.
So trying to eat 6 times a day is quite the work.

About the bod, you are in the right place to get tips on diet and such.. Easy way to do it, and I tell all my clients the same, think about how much you eat in one sitting, then split it in half.. Before you know it, every 2-3hrs. you've been eating 6 meals a day.. :)
