Kinda funny...wifes 16 year old daughter has seen us after walking in. Shes even admitted to me that she listened while she was in the bathroom that is connected to our bedroom...lol She doesn't seem to be bothered by us at all. I think the difference is that me and the wife keep ourselves pretty buff and fit and she herself has had me down in the lower level helping her out on the weight bench. Even wants to take one of the weight lifting classes that they have in school. So how is that for motivation for her. Shes definitly not bringing home any overweight guys.......or girls either (boy is that another story....whew! lol) . So look at it this way...what you saw in your parents if they looked like that? Dont let your body get like that. Use that image as some very good motivation for you.
