Hey, if you don't mind, could you ask your friend if most of the women in there are gay as well..

I am really would not have a problem working out around gay men, it was just a little shocking to walk in there for the first time. Might make the locker room a bit uncomfortable though..

Your friend stopped working out there because he was getting picked up too much? haha.. That's a problem a straight man is never going to have. But I really don't want to work out with a bunch of lesbians; that would suck. I like to think of the girls at the gym as accessable, and lesbians certainly are not.

My tour of the gym was with another person; a very cute girl.. She did not seem gay, but you never know! :)

i have no clue about the women there. and to tell you the truth, i'd be annoyed if a guy tried to pick me up at the gym. it's the gym for f* sake, not a social club.

I have never tried to pick a girl up in a gym. But its a good place to meet people, regardless of what your intentions are. I just don't want to be totally surrounded by gay and lesbian people, and feel isolated from all the other members.

Maybe she was bi.. mmmmm... That's awsome!

There is a great training gym in South Philly, if you want a serious training enviroment, this is it, i am from the neighborhood so that is why i know about it, alot of local champs train there. they really do not advertise. let me know i will give you directions and who to ask for as the front desk.
