They all have parts where they tell how they eat, and what supps they use. I wish they also told what and how much gas they used as well. That would be so interesting and awsome.

I just watched the ruhl dvd and it would have been deadly if he told about that. I didnt see it all yet so maybe he will lol. Probly not...
