I guess whoever banned me from the Just Saw Farenheit 9/11 really got their feelings hurt. I wonder what it was that I said that was so bad that they just couldn't handle it and had to shut me out. They even when as far as to have my Cain't get back in thread removed. So much for trying to voice an opinion based on trruth in this forum. I wonder if all my posts in the Farenheit 9/11 have been removed as well. I bet they have. Oh well moving on.

Nobody banned you. I moved the thread because it got heated between mods and I do not allow that on the open fourm.

Well first you can see that I'm new at this by the # of posts. So I jumped the gun with the ban crap. Sorry bout that. Second yes I hit the local gym after work mon-thur. and on sun as well. Just getting back into fitness after 7 year lazy off. I retired from the militaty in 97 and did'nt do much fitness after that. I started lifting and running back in Oct 03. Which brings me to the third thing. I normally just read allot and try not to get into the posting part. But when I see crap that I know is crap I have to call BS. I guess you can say I love fitness now that I got my head out of my ass. Sure was dark there for awhile.
