That reminds me. This one girl here at work was reading some womens fitness magazine that said bb's have weak cores. Said that we can't lie flat on our backs, feet flat on the floor with toes up, knees bent at a 90 degree angle, arms out to your sides at a 45 degree angle from you body and palms flat on floor. You have to raise your ass only with everything else on the floor and keep a straight line from your knees to your shoulders for 30 seconds. It state bb's can't do it. Well, I proved to her how much bs is in her magazine.

Nope, it takes a different kind of strength. Bodybuilders cant do that just like he cant bench 500lbs.

I think it's more that his body weighs next to nothing compared to a bb.

I dont know about that bro. What about the Olympic Power lifters that weigh like 130lbs and squat 800 or whatever. Gymnysts are good with there own body weight but im not sure they are the strongest in the planet pound for pound.

Some of those gymnists are pretty big and are lean at that. They have alot of muscle. Watch the Olympics and look at the arms on some of those dudes.

That's like saying that the more muscle you have, the less you can move. I wonder how they explain football players running faster, hitting harder, basball players hitting more homeruns...

Is that Yuri Chechi? He was an Italian gymnast who was nicknamed the "Lord of the Rings" because he was so good with the Roman Rings.

Watching him was unbelievable. Roman rings is all about strength and Yuri was the best of the best......

I wouldn't mind the proportion, but they're all like 5 feet tall.
