That reminds me. This one girl here at work was reading some womens fitness magazine that said bb's have weak cores. Said that we can't lie flat on our backs, feet flat on the floor with toes up, knees bent at a 90 degree angle, arms out to your sides at a 45 degree angle from you body and palms flat on floor. You have to raise your ass only with everything else on the floor and keep a straight line from your knees to your shoulders for 30 seconds. It state bb's can't do it. Well, I proved to her how much bs is in her magazine.

I dont know about that bro. What about the Olympic Power lifters that weigh like 130lbs and squat 800 or whatever. Gymnysts are good with there own body weight but im not sure they are the strongest in the planet pound for pound.
