No really, babe...Carb depletion/reduction along with the cardio and lowered calories...it's all starting to have an impact. Just get plenty of rest...sleep when you want to. That's really the only thing you can do. You can't eat.LOL
You won't feel a burst of energy on your higher carb days...you'll feel BETTER the following 1-2 days after your higher carb days. It didn't matter to me though. I felt like a pile of dog terds no matter what.

good to hear that this supposed high energy burst isn't there for everyone. i was literally stuck in the sofa on saturday and sunday. i think i used the last burst of energy i had before the weekend in the spin class sat morning - then was kaput.
today i'm feeling a little more normalized. we'll see :)
