    is too much??? lol cuz since im dieting I eat a shitload of veggies... im talking like 3-4 1lbs a day!! is this too much?? the only other things im eating are fish and oatbran lol (how exciting!!) I also heard that 1 gram of fiber burns like 6 calories or something too..

    why are you eating so much green veggies?? that seems way high.

    even when i no carbed, i only ate about 4-5 cups a day, not 3-4 lbs.

            That seems like a bit much. Vit. K is found in dark green veggies and is a natural blood thinner, you might want to lighten up on the veggies a bit and just let your stomach shrink.

              i'm doing the same thing. i finished one thing of cauliflower in one night between 2 meals.

              this reminds me i need to get some more spinach :)
