did anyone watch "the casino " the other night? 2 dot com billionaires bought the nugget down in las vegas after selling their company. anyway, these hew york girls were having a stagette party. coincidentally, a bunch of guys were having their stag party. they stupidly decided to bring both parties together. the guys had hired strippers. needless to say, the girls didn't think much of the strippers. One red head yelled at one of the strippers " yeah, and i am getting my masters degree in ...." whatever it was.

whenever i hear " i have a masters degree ( or PhD ) " spouted off in retort, i always think " what an asshole ". it doesn't matter and doesn't contribute to the situation, it doesn't add anything to the argument but it DOES make the person seem overly defensive and a bit shallow. as it did with the woman on the television show. the stripper actually came off looking better than the college graduate.

definitely the guy talking here as if he is his girlfriend. so you know that you are very book smart but have no common sense? and you wonder why you are judged harshly? you look outside to exterior cues for validation or your own actions and motives? then cry foul when you are judged? is this bunk or what?

i know very few women who would admit that fact actually. those that are book smart. but street stupid routinely are not aware of that fact. BUTT, ( and its a big butt!) their BOYFRIENDS DO!!
