Hello from Panama City Beach!

I just wanted to gove a shout out to all my friends from PCB. We're haveing a blast down here. We were out till 4AM this morn at the Sandpiper. Although I downed several tequilla shots and upside down pineaples, I still managed to eat several protein bars, almonds, soy nuts and other good things before bed. My body thanks me for it this morning...lol. I'll be in the Hardbody contest today at club La Vela and tonight at Stensons. If you're out this way come cheer me on and if not wish me luck. I'll try to post some pics later. Take care everyone!

OK, I just got back from La Vela. I got 2nd in the hardbody competition. The guy that won danced a little better...lol. Holla at ya later.
