Well she needs to go to a doctor or the health department ASAP!! It could be a STD or just a yeast infection or bacterial infection, both can cause the same symptoms
She wouldn't be freaking that she has a STD, if she had safe sex. CONDOMS----VERY IMPORTANT!!! If your not mogonomus then wear one!!!! ARRRRGH:eek: If she's allergic to latex there are now polyeurthane condoms which are even better than the latex (IMO).
Please do tell her not to wait, its important that she be checked. If it is possibly a STD then the longer she waits the worse it can get and also damage her reproductive organs if not checked and treated.

It could be a yeast infection, or it could be an STD. The only way to find out is to go to the doctor.

What Are the Symptoms?
Most people who have an STD have no symptoms. A test from your health care provider or local health clinic may be the only way to tell for sure if you're infected.
If you do become infected, symptoms may appear right away. Or, they may not show up for weeks or months or even years. They may come and go. Even if the signs and symptoms go away, you can still infect other people if you have sex with them. Or, they can still infect you!
STDs: Who, What, Where, When and Why

* Bellyache (pain in your lower abdomen)

Remember: Sometimes symptoms don't show up for weeks or months or years.

A window period exists between the time when an individual is infected with HIV, and seroconversion, or when antibodies to the virus can actually be measured. This window may be a few weeks or months; by six months at least 95% of infected individuals test positive by conventional HIV antibody tests. During the window period an individual is capable of transmitting the virus through unsafe sex or needle sharing.

She describes it at burning when the urine is coming down, but doesnt hurt at the opening when shes peeing. Little bit of itching around the outer area and also white discharge.
it could be clamydia. it is an std but it can be taken care of with some dioxycylin in about a week's time. it can lead to serious problems for her if not treated though.

Sounds like Gonorrhea, honestly...a yeast infection possibly...my fiance had a yeast infection and she only had to urinate a lot and had some internal discomfort....the burning you describe doesn't sound like the typical yeast infection; WHAT THE HELL DO I KNOW, I DON'T HAVE A "INNY."
THREE WORDS: "SEE A DOCTOR!"
