The GTO is not made by Pontiac though. It is made by Holden in Australia and then shipped here badged as a Pontiac. I personally have not seen the insid of a GTO in person yet, however, numorous people have spoken out about how nice the interior is in the GTO. I'll agree with the fit and finish of the Pontiac's in general, but the GTO does stand in it own category in a way since it acually comes from the Holden assembly line workmanship that is far better than the typical Pontiac.

As for the new Mustang. I liked it at first, but I have began to dislike it now and after seeing it at the car show this year. Also, I'm not sure what the normal Mustang GT is going to come with as far as a powerplant, but I would assume it won't be anything impressive until you get into the Cobra and get the supercharger. Then again, the new GTO has the same horsepower as the current cobra without the blower. I just don't think I care for the retro look all that much. I find it appealing to an extent, but I don't think they have much staying power as far as the styling goes.

The GT is just going to have the 4.6L, but I think they bumped the hp a little bit, nothing much to get wet over though. I heard the new cobra's are going to be bumped up to 400hp from the 390hp. The LS2 IMO is the best engine you can get out of a domestic vehicle. Just that alone would have me get one. Guess that's why I have a firebird.

Although that car is very bad ass. It aint gonna be made. However, the new revised(hood scoops, dual exit exhaust, and spoiler) with the new ls2(400hp) beast will be just fine for me. Maybe 2 years from now I will sell the ole WS6 and pick one of those up.

Nah, keep the WS6. I know I would never get rid of mine for a GTO. The styling has more balls than the GTO

Yea, but the LS2 balls> LS1 balls! Plus I really do think I could make the GTO alot better looking with a few aftermarket items!
