Just go to http://support.dell.com/support/down...n&s=dhs&~ck=mn and enter your service tag number from your computer. They will have all of the factory installed drivers on the list there for you to download. It's easy.

LOL, I have done that a few times already and no dice. I am just going to have to used to no sound for awhile. at least the fucking thing is still working. I hate computers so much. something so small can cause so much anger. lol

okay I went there and found my system but now which one do I use? I love computers because all they do is give you options that are never in the manual. Plus I never know all the lingo that they use. The companies must love me because everytime mine breaks I just buy a new one. LOL
