Who here has read Joe weiders Ultimate bodybuilding??? I just found it at the library and its from 1989. Its huge so i havent read it yet but the book has 100s of pics of bodybuilders from 50s to 80s like arnold, franko,platz,lou, zane. So keep and eye out for it because you wont be disappointed. :D

I bought it about 14 or so years ago when it came out... has some great pics of some of the greats in BB of that time..
