some of you high risk drivers should check out progressive, they are good for people with lots of accidents or tickets.

haha, with all due respect bro, New Jersey is the worst by far. most insurance companies have left the state. no other state comes close to the average price in Jersey.

I don't know about Geico - but I was paying close to $8000 w/Liberty Mutual - Switched to Allstate - $1000 Ded. each car - premium now less than half - $3800 for 3 high end cars. '04 SL 55 '04 Cayenne S and '02 Jaguar X-type. Registered in lower Westchester NY. Oh yeah - I'm also in my thirties.

Geico is now a joke, I take back everything I said about them. I've been with them for 4 years, they did a random check or something and saw that I had a speeding ticket on my record.

They cancelled my policy, and quoted me a new one of $3502.60 for 6 months.

Geico never gave me a lower quote.

Progressive is the lowest and they have a good web site.

                      TIP TIP TIP TIP TIP

If you've had insurance with a company for more than 1 year. Call and pretend that you are a new possible customer and get a new quote. I did this with progressive and saved an ass load of money.

Yeah I updated it when I got the car, but evidentally they didn't check my driving record until just now, I can understand it going u p, but nearly quadroupling is ridiculous.

I have my cars and Harley with them (GEICO) and I got raped on the bike insurance. I think I was paying close to 1500 a year for full coverage and an additional 10K so I can enrure my loved ones that it will indeed be a closed casket funeral. Progressive quoted me close to 600 a year for the same deal.
