  • Best Restaurants Ranked

This is by JD Power & Assoc.

The Best Chain Restaurant in the U.S.A.
When we go out to eat, we not only want great food, but also excellent service. J.D. Power and Associates did its first ever study of customer satisfaction at national restaurant chains and found that Olive Garden is No. 1 in the West and Midwest with Outback Steakhouse taking the top spot in the Northeast and Carrabba's Italian Grill considered the best in the South.

What makes a customer come back again? It's not the brand image. It's not a propensity to be loyal. It's the customer experience. Here's a quick view of the J.D. Power and Associates' Restaurant Satisfaction Study results, which evaluated customer satisfaction with more than 100 major restaurant chains in the United States. The survey is based on 55,000 customer responses collected over a four-month period.

There is nothing like stumbling into a Denny's at 3 in the morning piss drunk and having some flaming homo serving you bacon, eggs, hash browns and some coffee

            Where is White Castle's?

            Denny's kicks ass!

Red Lobster in all the top list? That place is terrable. Tinfish I think you make these things up bro. :P Applebees also sucks.

Hullihans, Cheese Cake Factory, Uno, those are all places much better then the shitty list above.

Funny story my old man (who tends to over react) got us kicked out of olive garden because he starting yelling about them not putting enough olives in the salad. He said it was false advetising...lol crazy old man, so I never actually got to eat their food

Agreed, but they are not national chains.

neither is a place like carrabba's and chik-fil-a....

i would consider cheesecake factory as much of a national chain as any of those mentioned.

i still think olive garden stinks.

Cheesecake factory is in 30 states going by there website. UNO is in about 20 and Holihans is in 30 some states. I would say there more nationwide than many in the list.

Yea, there's like a cheesecake factory in every state we sell to. They're up there with outback and red lobster with us. We classify them under our chain accounts.

Yea, we don't sell to them any more. Wonder why?

I work for a fine wine distributor. I don't do any selling though, just the credit portion.
