anyone catch the news

I have been checking the news and stuff (cnn) and they have yet to mention what happened here in the valley (south texas). Some 18 year old Iraq'e (sp) from boston took a bus all the way down here (south texas) to rob a pawn shop.

Well, he came and stole 7 guns or so, and he had a bullet proof vest on. He was going to go back home with the guns until the cops got him and arrested him. I wonder what he was up to.

With that said, those actions like these make you worry another terrorist attack could happen again with september 11th comming again?

I wouldn't think they would try again on 9/11 but I thought they stated on the news that bin laden had already stated he's got something else up his sleeve for us coming soon.

A terrorist attack can happen anyday at anytime. There is absolutely no way to ever be completely invulnerable against it. That is just the cold hard fact of the matter.

until we get out of the business of every other country on the planet there will always be terrorist attacks on us either at home or abroad. just a fact of life when your country meddles in more than it should.

Unfortunatly this is true. Their is no telling when another attack could or could not happen

I don't think it matters. These countries hate us. We weren't up afganistans butt. But they hated on us anyway. Just our lifestyles pisses these people off.

something similar happend here about a year or 2 ago. A foriegn guy was on Mexico or trying to go to Mexico. He was of Arab desent but with no papers.. He gave a bullshit story and all, showed the guy on tv and looked ugly as hell. I know what the bunisess guys look like cause he downtown we got lots of them but htis guy was strnage. But glad he was in custody.

we have been meddling in other countries for almost 30 years straight. they may hate our lifestyle but if we left them to their own country I don't think we would have them down our throats. plus they could hate us for helping other coutries. we support some nations with hoards of money. Imagine the border protection we could have if we didn't act like a big welfare agent to the world and just let them discover democracy as we did.

Looks like we watched the same show last night. LOL. I think there would be chaos. Many businesses are making money on debts, if there was none, then those businesses would fall. And many of those are essential in the economy.
