Im going to invent the "spotting machine" for the gym. It will be a machine that you can put the dumbells in to do shoulders presses or bench presses and you will be able to grab them from the starting position instead of kicking them up with you knees. It will also have a padded area around the machine so I can drop the DB's without hurting them.
My knees are sore because the dumbells at my gym have little bumps at the ends where the bolt goes. When 150lb DB's are sitting on your knees with a bolt sticking in, it hurts! lol. If im doing shoulder presses and I get to my last set it can hurt the rotator to put that amount of weight down slowly thus the pads for dropping the DB's.
