Laid off from work recently. So I have increased the amount of time I work out, and how often I go out for walks. Seeing as I am normally on my feet for 9 hours, then driving in my car for 2 hours a day. I am so afraid of becoming what I became last time I was laid off. I went up to about 185. I didnt even notice until the ex was like, your way too fat. About 2 weeks ago I was 150.
So now heres my question, I worked out for the last 5 days harder than I would have, and have been so so sore, it takes about 5 minutes of just stretching after I get out of bed just to release some of the pain. I stand of the scale, says I am 157, I measure, and I have increased in size a bit. I havent changed my eating, actually have become much more strict, ensuring I dont get full, and not eating 3 hours before bed. So what the heck, I gained 7 pounds in two weeks. Do I increase my walking from one hour to two. I have done taebo for an hour, jogging in spot for 30 min. Did my weights daily for 30 min. I am not happy once so ever, gaining weight for me makes me want to crawl back in bed and stay there till it falls off. lol.
