8. Alex Lifeson (the most under-rated in my humble opinion)

I agree that he is totally underrated.

i am not qualified to say who is the best. i am sure that one could have a case for almost everyone that has been named.

hendrix always seems to drop my jaw. Dave Matthews can pick it pretty clean as well.
