Did you all see SportsCenter last night? At the Oakland v Rangers game in Oakland, someone in the Rangers bullpen got in a FIGHT with an Athletics fan!! Then another player threw a chair into the stands and wound up breaking a woman's nose!!!

Any one see any press conferences or get any further details of what actually happened?

The fan was talking shit and the player got mad, he threw a chair and hit the guy in the head and then it bounced of the guys head and into a women and broke her nose.

The last person to have touched the chair is the other guy who got hit, not the pitcher. It bounced off of him, so it's his fault she got hit. So imo, she should only be able to sue the other guy, not the pitcher. :D
