  • i passed

    hahaha, i passed my drug test. i love getting one over on the man. anyway i am going to have a normal job which means i wont be working 80 hours a week so i need a new lifting program. alwats did a three day split tried to get to gym 5 days a week possable. now i know i will get there at least 5 days so i need a split. i would like to try one body part a day. at least the big ones. any help would be great.

      Good to hear. You will get much better results with proper rest and if you stay sober it make a big difference also. Good Luck and we're here for you.

        Yea, just make sure you stay off the weed. That shit raises your estrogen levels.
