Muscle Hedz (mus'el'hedz) n., sing. -hed
1. People, most often males, obsessed with building skeletal muscle. Would drink urine if they were told by a respected source or slick marketer that it would increase lean body mass.
2. Unable to sit down for a meal without knowing the protein, carb, and fat ratio of everything that goes into their mouth.
3. Unable to pass a mirror without looking at their own reflection.
4. Appear to be narcissistic, but often lacking in self-confidence-would do anything to be bigger than they already are (see drink urine).
5. Often perform outrageous ritual of shaving entire body to better display muscularity.
6. Will tense their muscles when they're about to be touched or grabbed.
