How much comes out of a bottle of T3 in one squirt? I'm just trying to find out b/c if it's a higher dose than I want, I'm going to buy a 1ml oral syringe and use the microgram increments.

10 Sprays is 1ml. 200mcg per 1ml. So one spray is .1ml. Divide 200 by 10 and you get 20mcg per spray.
