How are ya B? Been mega busy. Have 6 stores now and moved into a new house about 7 months ago. Things have settled a bit, so I have some free time now to play. :bravonew:

Don't feel bad, just a continuation from a couple of years ago (marriage BS)

Thanks Bouncer, happy to hear you're back in Jersey and doing well.

Like I told FB, I'm here most every morning, kinda like reading the NY Times before going to the office, LOL

I'll try to put in a little piece of my mind every now and again. (What little I have left)

When I can put together something I consider worthwhile and lucid, I do want to share some thoughts on HRT - been almost 2 years for me now since my endocrine system pretty much collapsed in a heap and I went on regular doses of test.

What I can say is getting blood work done regularly is absolutely critical, don't guess on this and don't take chances. My lipid profile has been way way out of wack for about a year and a half and is just starting get back to normal without any meds, just diet and excercise.

Yeah to think that we went from 3 stores down to 1 after katrina and now to 6. We worked our asses off big time!! We have changed our image to become a lifestyle cafe/supplement/health food store with a juice, smoothie, and lunch counter. The newer stores were built to incorporate the new concept and then we retro-fitted the older stores to make the change as well. Lots of back breaking work for long hours, but it is paying off. We are doing record numbers now.
