Just got back from Baytown

Ok y'all, I went all the way out there for the 15th Annual Houston Mopar Show and Race at Houston Raceway Park. I had a damn good time. I rode in my buddy's 66 Barracuda up there and back. I spent a good amount of time walking around looking at the cars. The highlight car in the show area was Ronnie Sox's GTX. Man, that is a sweet car. Highlight to me was this guy's 70 Barracuda with a blower sticking out of the hood. Man, that SOB was saweet!!! Then I watched the races. Sweetest car that raced was a black Dakota R/T with a white hood that had nitrous on it. It ran 11.9s!! And it was from Florida.

I'm thinking that a yellow RT wasn't out there? My roommates shop has built up an extended cab RT with full street trim that run's in the 10's and possibly better if they could get the transmition to hold up on it. They featured the truck in a mag about 1.5 years ago and latest I heard he was giving up on the yellow truck because of weight and starting to work on a white single cab dakota. Look for it if you go next year.
