Basically he plea barganed to serve time to keep it from going to trial. But he gets to wait until the end of the 2004-2005 season.

Yeah it was agreed that he would spend his time in jail/safehouse only during the time he was not playing. What a load - normal ppl don't get a leave from jail if they have a good job
