making it legal to buy meds online

I heard today on the way to work that they making it leagal to buy perscription meds online anybody else heard of this.

its already legal to buy them online as long as you have a prescription, the laws prohibit buying them internationally because the fda doesnt get to check them out for consistancy (or jack up the price) Several states such as michigan and illinois have passed state laws allowing the legal import of canadian drugs(wich are much cheaper ) with a script. This is an issue that will eventually get politically ugly in my opinion because the government and drug companys stand to lose alot of money if they allow it.
