The Total Gym.

Has anyone ever used The Total Gym? You know, the one endorsed by Chuck Norris. If so, what is your opinion of it?

Supposedly you can get it for $50. Thought it would be good on days when I can't go to the gym. I'd say no if I had to pay full price. Don't think it's worth that much. Just wanted to know if people seen reults from it.

i dont think its true cause i know for sure that they built thier bodies even years before they used that total gym. I prefer the gym than total gym.

i don't think there's an exercise you can do on that machine that isn't doable around the house with a few make-shift items, someone correct me if i'm wrong.

Just to reiterate the sentiments here, it is a piece of shit pure and simple. I used to sell them when I worked at Academy Sports and the majority of people who purchased them really needed to look at their diet and spend that $75 for three months in the gym.
