I found it amusing that the article HEADLINES with "Caminiti, who admitted steroid use, was 41"

It implies that steroid use was the cause of his death. Nevermind the cocaine or other factors before any autopsy is even performed  What is the agenda there at ESPN anyhow?

Then mention steroids several times in that article. The author is deffinitely attempting to attribute his death to them. Stupid bullshit press.

It tells you just how uneducated most sportswriters are...trying to attribute Caminiti's death to steroids while being so quick to overlook that the guy's spent the past several years sucking on crack pipes.

He abused steroids. He didn't just just steroids safely like most on this board do. He abused them. So, yes, I would say that the abuse of steroids/cocaine and his lifestyle all contribued to his early death. (heart attack).

In the SI article back when he admitted he abused steroids, he said he was on for a year straight and that he wasn't even sure what all exactly he was injecting into his body. I remember that article.

It is well known that he has been a heavy cocaine, X user for many years. He also said in that article that he abused steroids when he was playing but hasnt used them since 1996. Which one do you think most likely killed him?

We will just have to wait for the toxicology test to come out in about 10 days. I can almost say 100% sure that there will be a high level of drugs in his system. We shall see.

im not tryin to name drop but one of my friends went to AA with him and knows him very well. he still used juice at a min to keep his body working right. heavy crack smoker and any other drug. these are all facts but the problem is they will find test in him. and blow it all up about steriods. when we all know it was rec drugs that did it!
