I can see where being topless would really be much nicer for us women, like when we're at the beach or doing gardenning. But let's face it, it's not gonna happen in this country, most people simply think of women's breasts in too much of a sexual manner for this to happen. My friend's uncle lived in a nudist colony in FL up until about a year ago. The uncle was starting to lose it mentally as most old people do. So one day he drives off to Walmart and minutes later the cops are all around him at the store. He forgot to put clothes on.

It's already completely legal here in Ontario and has been for a number of years now. The only time I've ever seen any chick topless in public is when they first changed the law; the novelty died off quickly.
