I get lower back/kidney ache when towards the end of the day and into the next morning until I take a dump in the morning and it goes away. lol. I cant figure out if its my lower back muscles or my kidneys. I can move myself in different possitions and the pain does go away. Does that mean its the back muscle or would kidneys do the same thing. It just seems like when I eat alot of food is when this happens. Weird. Anyone else get this?

Not from eating, but I have had some major lower back pain lately! Went for xrays last Friday and depending on what they see on the film they will send me for an MRI next week!
In your case......I have no idea what to tell you! Weird that you can take a dump and feel better!

In all honesty, Bounce. It sounds to me like your kidneys are getting overloaded w/ protein. Especially since you said it's when you eat a lot of food.Try and drink 1/2- 1 gallon more water a day, or a lot of water with those particular meals, to get the kidneys flushing properly.
It used to happen to me when I was bulking.

It sounds like low back pain to me, Bounce. I had the same thing and I thought it was kidney problems too, but it turned out to be a slight injury that would never heal because I kept it overtrained. I think the reason why it bothers you when you eat is because of the pressure in that area pushing against the inflammation and causing pain. When you use the bathroom and relieve that pressure the pain subsides. If it were kidney problems the pain would be much more consistent.
