      Try Retin A and tanning.

When I broke out on my shoulders, it was the only thing that helped me

I agree with hitman.. its that your pants are rubbing your legs.. it happens to me when i start doing more cardio.. .. just take a shower ASAP after workouts and you should be ok..

:( I think that is the problem right there! Put the oil on the clippers not your legs! If your skin is naturally oily then putting oil on them before shaving/clipping would just make the problem worse. The oil will build up in your pores and turn into pimples!

I just got this thing last night and used it this morning after my shower and it works well (didn't have any pimples, just got rid of a few black heads from spray tanning, that stuff clogs my pores). Picked mine up at Eckerd for under $10.

Could be a staph infection. Pimples aren't that painful, the little staph wounds start out in a hair folicle and are very painful and swell up like a boil.

A visit to a dr. and some antibiotics would be a good idea. I had a staph infection after surgery, not fun. Took us a few weeks to figure it out too.

I forget which one, but there is an antibiotic that's commonly prescribed for acne. Just be careful with sun exposure while on antibiotics as you will burn easier.
