Pissed off while at the gym

    I count to 10 about 5 times at least while at the gym.

    One trainer that lifts about 25% of the wieght for his clients.

    One dude were blue jeans pants with a belt and a spandex shirt tucked in and a hat!


    But some of them just make me laugh. I have nicknames for the idiots. Speed dude. He lifts everything at about 3 times the normal speed. If he would ever use real weight he would rip his arms off.

    Poodle girl is just as stupid.

      i don't. everybody is different and has to start somewhere. I have alot of work to do myself, (that is why i am at the gym). i don't walk around all puffed up and cocky, i am there to do my workout and go home. i like to help people and also get helped. I don't have any problems as long as the person isn't a prick, doesnt waste my time or doesn't take my machine. but more and more frequently the above three are happening.

        You guys need to lay off the anavar. Its making you rage!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

        I work out in the morning if I can so there is no one there. Or I go at like 800 at night so all the college bozos are gone.

                I try to do the early morning thing but it just doesn't work for me.

                Usually it is not busy at my gym when I pop in which is around 3 p.m. This Friday was fucking crazy though. It seemed like everyone wanted to hang out at the dumbbell rack or walk by the Smith.

                The other day I was doing leg extensions and as soon as I got up my buddy went to get on the machine, he was like a foot from the machine and some guy comes up puts his towl down and starts doing a set! LOL. I was like, "dude, what the fuck are you doing". He says, "I cant read minds ya know". "I said we are standing right here you ass." He walked away. lol
                If someone is by a machine I ask if they are using it before I claim it just courtesy you know.

                  my cousins just started working out with me about a month ago and i'm glad they did, just what aggravates the shit outta me is every damn day they ask me "what do i do next?" i'm thinkin "shit you've been in here for a damn month know your freakin routine" that shit bothers me. also when they are doing something wrong and i try to tell them and they go back to doing the same shit. that really irritates me.

                        seriously - some of you need serenity now :)

                        when i go to the gym and see morons, i just use them for entertainment.

                        for example, i was doing cardio a little while ago. only about 10 minutes into my 50 minute session, my cd player goes kaput.

                        instead of getting mad, i found myself some of the best entertainment in the world. i was watching this one 120lb tough kid do lateral raises. he started with the 30's and brought them to about 45 degress SHORT of parallel. after he was done with his set of 30's, he moved onto the 35's - as he increased in weight - there was no further movement toward parallel - but there was more and more movement in terms of wild swining motions.

                        i watched this man-boy work out - and i swear, i almost busted my gut because it was so funny.

                        gotta love the morons.

                            Saturday I worked shoulders--collected the plates I would need and started. My girl who lifts more than most geeks in the place was with me and we proceeded to increase our weight. I reached over to get my next 45 and it was gone. I asked her where it went and she said it was taken while she was spotting me. I looked around and saw one buck twenty wana be doing hams on a machine. So I did what any sane, kind ,gent would do. I walked over took it off while he was lifting and offered my advice. Don't ever touch my stuff unless you ask!!!@$**&&()@@&*)@@#!

                              I try to ignore all the people around me.I've been going to gold's gym in my town for about six years and I only know two people in the whole gym.more I ignore them less I get irritaded.
                              Oh and about doing curls on the squat rack,preset BB in my gym only goes to 110lbs and I curl 135lbs so sometimes I have to use the squat rack.

                                ppl just stare at me the whole time im in the fukin gym...i hate it so bad...cant fukin concentrate when they stare at every rep and set i do...i guess its bc i scream alot lol......whenever i need the machine or w/e... i give them that look then there like u need this...and im like yeah. then they leave...so its cool lolz......agree with ya'll ....i hate kids lifting in there that are like 120lbs and they act like there fukin huge or something...its funny
