  • 6lb Meat lasagna..

    I bought a 6lb Meat lasagna from Costco to eat for Football Sunday. Who wants to take bets on if I can eat the whole thing today? :P:pig:

    Keep in mind I will also be eating my usuall chicken, oatmeal, eggs and such.

      Son of a bitch. I just took the damn thing out after being in the oven at 375 for 125 minutes and its still frozen in the middle!

                no not much italian in me. Ukrainian, russian, german and some other European countries i cant remember. lol.

                            Not when I make it! I load it with a few lbs. of ground beef & saussage, gobs of ricotta and mozzerella, layered with homemade sauce and assiago cheese, cook it till the top and edges are nicely browned and crispy, served with a little more sauce on top after it's on the plate. Last time I made one it cost about $40 for the ingredients but it was worth it. I don't wanna know how many cal's in each serving because come Christmas day, I'm having some!

                              i just made a lasagne last night. lots of work but good shit.

                              everything that goes into it is protein; meat, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, mozzerela (sp) cheese. shit, even the pasta has a little protein! maybe some pepperoni for spice.
