Thanks guys for the positive comments. Right now I feel like shit 80% of the time but I am staying at 274 as I keep getting leaner. I was at 4.4% bf 2 days ago (9 point test on Lange caliper). If all goes well should come in over 270. Sorry i havent posted in a while but this prep is all consuming while trying to operate a business. Thanks again.
