I saw the whole thing on Entertainment Tonight and she came walking down the red carpet and she stoped for publicity shots, took off her jacket and posed and then her dress fell off her shoulder and she didn't notice and she kept posing and then an assistant walked over to her and put her dress back up and she didn't notice what had still happened and the assistant leans over to tell her and then she yells back at the photographers that she better not see any of those photos.
