I was wondering if you could help me out.
I found out lat last week that I have an opportunity to audition for Walk Disney World Florida for their Polynesian Resort.
Luckily I've been dieting down already, the auditions are going to be Sunday.
I'm looking to get full body and head shots taken sometime this week. Probably Thursday. I know this is a long shot, but is there anything that i can do to look photobest, but still be able to perform at peak athletic performance?
Our boxing director at the gym I work at www.goldsgymfresno.com reccomended that when i do cardio to wear a neoprene sweat belt, and the night before the audition and photo shoot to rub down my midsection with prepH.
She wasnt very specific though. For the Prep H, what are the stipulations? How long does it last? Will drinking water make the results dissapate? Would the PrepH be better for just the photo shoot and forget about it for the actual audition?
She also reccomended a juice fast for Friday and Saturday, and then a high complex carb meal for breakfast on sunday. Wouldnt that leave me weak for my audition sunday?
I understand that diuretics can help shed water, but how does that effect athletic performance? I dont want to take diuretics to look leaner, if they are going to slow me down or cramp me up for the audition.
I know this is a lot in a short amount of time, but I appreciate all the help. Also, I understand that in order to get a lean ripped physique takes dedication and patience; what i am asking for right now is all the advice you have for a guy trying to make the best impression by Sunday/photo shoot Thursday.
