    I was wondering if you could help me out.

    I found out lat last week that I have an opportunity to audition for Walk Disney World Florida for their Polynesian Resort.

    Luckily I've been dieting down already, the auditions are going to be Sunday.

    I'm looking to get full body and head shots taken sometime this week. Probably Thursday. I know this is a long shot, but is there anything that i can do to look photobest, but still be able to perform at peak athletic performance?

    Our boxing director at the gym I work at www.goldsgymfresno.com reccomended that when i do cardio to wear a neoprene sweat belt, and the night before the audition and photo shoot to rub down my midsection with prepH.

    She wasnt very specific though. For the Prep H, what are the stipulations? How long does it last? Will drinking water make the results dissapate? Would the PrepH be better for just the photo shoot and forget about it for the actual audition?

    She also reccomended a juice fast for Friday and Saturday, and then a high complex carb meal for breakfast on sunday. Wouldnt that leave me weak for my audition sunday?

    I understand that diuretics can help shed water, but how does that effect athletic performance? I dont want to take diuretics to look leaner, if they are going to slow me down or cramp me up for the audition.

    I know this is a lot in a short amount of time, but I appreciate all the help. Also, I understand that in order to get a lean ripped physique takes dedication and patience; what i am asking for right now is all the advice you have for a guy trying to make the best impression by Sunday/photo shoot Thursday.

        lol... prep H is to make the skin tighter, keep it from jiggling when you move. Only reason I know that is b/c I have a g/f who does pageants and they put it on their legs for those swimsuit rounds to keep their leg from jiggling when they walk

          Hey bro. . .don't go crazy with the prep. .here is what I would do it you want to be sharp.

          1. adjust your carbs on friday night so that you are taking in less than 75 grams per day. . .be sure to make up the calories with good fats (flax, fish etc.) and protein.
          2. drink at least 1 gallon (4 litres) of water per day starting one week out from the audition, reduce this to only one litre for the whole 24 hours before the show. .sip the litre.
          3. tuesday around 2pm hit the gym and do a two hour high rep workout (17-20 reps) on upper body and calfs. . .don't do legs as it will smooth them out. just keep rotating bodyparts until you are totally spent. .
          4. right after the workout, get down about 200 grams of quality, low glycemic carbs (yams, oatmeal etc. .)
          5. adjust your carbs back up to 2 times what you were eating before you started the carb deplete on wednesday and then reduce them to your normal intake on thurs, fri BUT at the same time introduce more fats so that you get more vascular and you will stay hard. . .nuts, peanut butter (all natural), flax, olive oil.

          you will still be nice and strong, no diuretics and you will be full and hard. . .
