  • Feeling like shit..

Well guys, as most of you know I have decided I needed to come of AAS for awhile. I have been off now for 24 days and I feel like SHIT.

I have a full blown cold. Nothing but nasty snot in my throat and a cough that can blow the house down. I walked into the gym today to train legs and walked out 2 min later.

Its 30 degress here in New Jersey and its been raining all day.

I feel like a big lop of shit.

There you have it, my official comming off steroids rant!

Hey Biggin, remember there is light at the end of the tunnel. Have you had your blood levels checked etc? How is pct going for you? I think if you can get your levels lined out at least you will feel more normal, but not the norm you are used to. You can do it man, take some extra vitamin C and chase sana around the house. Btw it is cold and rainy everyday here in good ole Kentucky

              PD

Sleep as much as humanly possible (include a nap or two during the afternoon), and eat lots of carbs. That always works for me.

Sorry you're sick...that on top of coming off must suck moose dick.

Glad you're hanging in there though. :)

I'm sick too. Full blown cold with chest congestion, coughing and chills, just barely started last night and this morning I woke up feeling absolutely horrible like there's a 10 lb plate sitting on my chest. I haven't had a bad chest cold in a while and I can tell this one's gonna be a doozy. I heated up a protein pancake and some cottage cheese and still haven't finished it and now it's after 2, every bite is like a chore to get down. Mom's bringing home some egg drop soup when she gets back from the gym. She goes in for surgery on Tuesday (tumor in her colon) and we're hoping she doesn't get sick too. My daughter also has a cold. Damn this time of the year!

Did you use Hcg for atleast 10 weeks before coming off? You had been on for quite some time. That would have made a world of difference.

Good luck with it though. I try to take off atleast 4 months a year to make sure my body is ok and training and diet are where they should be. It's easy to get off track while on .
