If there is one person deserving of the death penalty Scott Peterson is it. Cheating on his wife, wanting to live a single guys life, and his selfish wussy solution was to murder his wife and soon to be born child? She was in her 9th month! What a fucked up sorry excuse of a person he is.

For what it's worth, I agree 100%. I don't think there is punishment enough in this world for him- anyhone who harms children or animals needs a whole different justice system. Poor Laci and Connor- may they rest in peace.

I don't agree with any charge with killing a fetus. Abortion laws are not based on the ownership by the mother. It is based on the fact that a child is not alive if it has to be supported by another life and you how in the heck did they get a murder charge against the fetus (or also bear in mind that I didn't follow the case that closesly, was the baby born at some point or was it still attached to lacey? ). People that support abortion should be up in arms against this but of course that would be bad publicity.

          Why?

I find it odd he bought his first fishing boat 2 weeks before his wife turned up missing.

I find it odd his wife appeared on shore in almost the same place he was fishing.

I wasn't in court, I can't say with certainty that he did it. I just found those things an odd coincidence. I definitely can't say with certainty that he didn't do it, how can you?

NEVERMIND, just read that you were joking.....

With the baby being in it's 9th month, had it been delivered, it would have survived. Most premies even as young as 7 mos. have great chances of survival.

a womans right to choose has nothing to do with whether a fetus can survive or not. It has to do what is life and what isn't, a lifeform who does not breath or eat on its own are just some of the criteria on why a fetus is not "Alive". Basically until the baby is clipped from the cord it is a symbiotic relationship.

I'm just pointing out the obvious, although the baby was still inside, it was certainly capable of survival had it been delivered. Scott murdered his wife and his son.

A fetus being considered not alive because it can not feed on it's own sounds kinda stupid to me. No baby can feed on it's own, it still relies on an adult to feed it for survival. What about breathing on it's own...how many babies are put on ventillators for medical reasons, they are alive although they can not breathe or eat on their own.

Laci Peterson was 2 days away from her due date when she was murdered. The baby would have easily survived. A full term baby is when the mother reaches 38 weeks to 42 weeks. She was 2 days away from her 40th week. It should definately be 2 counts of murder.

Dude deserves to die for stupidity. I mean if you can't hide a body better than that then you and your new cell mate, Frances, will make a great couple.

Ok course if they had just put the CSi guys on the case, it would have been finished way soon
